Mr. Bucknoff led the development and implementation of project portfolio management processes (PPM) based on the requirements from C-level management. Managed the process for central management and oversight of all international projects including the enforcement of established PM standards across all business units (marketing, finance, IT, HR, Legal, Business Development, etc.) across 8 international markets as well as the NY and Hong-Kong offices, and overseeing all activities required to implement key cross function projects. Developed a new PMO dedicated to project portfolio management. Developed, documented and communicated procedures and policies for the portfolio management effort.
